Event Schedule

Gentlemen,

It's coming . . . . . we're getting really close.
I know some of you are training like mad so I thought I would try to get the schedule as concrete as possible.
If there are any disputes, please contact me immediately and I'd be happy to discuss the details.
It comes down to 10 events and 3 auxilary competitions. Do your best solo work, and as men of Davidson we should be able to compete . . . . work as a team. Since we're all together it's a good idea to play and we'll work that into the competition. I'm trying to spread out the duties, so each person will be responsible for a meal with some other dudes, and each one of you will be in charge of gathering equipment for an event. Here goes the tentative schedule:

Friday:

Dinner at the lake house (Local Chef's Bruce, Ned, Woody cook and clean)
"Training Talk" Intro to the weekend and your chance to tell the group about your journey to Mr. D 2007
1. 9pm Spelling Bee (Loser of the Spelling Bee Picks up Goose from the airport)

Saturday:
Breakfast (Chef's Rix, Apgar, Baldwin cook and clean)
2. Cake Race (1.7 mile run)
3. 9am 100 meter dash
4. Cinder Block Transfer
5. Car Push
(2 hour lunch break)
Ultimate Game (auxilary 1)
Whiffle Ball (auxilary 2)
6. 'Regatta' (swim event taking place of standing broad jump) short distance location at the lakehouse tbd by Woody.
Dinner at lake house (Chef's Stokes, Goose, Trotter cook and clean)

Sunday:
Breakfast Cereal? (this spot is up for grabs if anyone wants a double meal session)
7. Field Goal Kicks (from PAT distance off of a tee. Must make three and shag own ball in shortest time. Call me if you're confused.)
8. Pole Hang
(2 hour lunch break)
9. Mr. D Relay
10. Laundry Bag Survival
FlickerBall (auxilary 3)
Followed by Round Table Victory Meal (Chef's Pearson, Clyde, and Fearnando cook and clean)
Mr. Davidson awarded title at 6pm dinner.

Here are your 'equipment' responsibilities:
Cake Race (Woody figure out the course)
Spelling Bee (Apgar make sure Josh Becker mails/emails the words in time for the event)
100 meter dash (Ned starting gun, and James, Goose, Macon, 2 stop watches each for a total of 6)
Car Push (Fernando is the sentra coming? It's the only car left over from the Davidson days, eh?)
Swim (Woody figure out the course)
Cinder Blocks (Baldwin and Rix, we'll need 11, unless you remember it as 13)
Laundry Bag Survival (Bruce, can you get some paper from the laundry facility and a duffle bag with 15 pounds of clothes, and some tape to wrap it up?)
Field Goal Kicks (Clyde and Pearson, we could use two footballs and one tee.)
